CANCELLATION POLICY •

Please read our cancellation policy carefully. By booking with us you are accepting these terms.

We require 24hr notice when canceling or rescheduling an appointment. Any cancellations made after the 24hrs mark of that timeframe will result in a fee of 50% off the base service total.

These terms are non-negotiable, and if these terms are not something that you feel comfortable with that's ok, then we are not the salon for you.

TEXT CONFIRMATIONS •

We have a text confirmations in place to remind you that your appointment is coming up. We give you a 48hrs reminder text.

Asking you to simply text back, PLEASE text back asap YES or NO as after 24hrs the computer will automatically REMOVE your appointment if you’ve not replied, as you know we are a very busy salon and every appointment is precious.

NO SHOWS •

Our no-show terms are non-negotiable, and are at theHUB’S. discretion barring very rare circumstances like hospitalizations or emergencies.

If you know you have an appointment coming up and you are not feeling well, please reach out to us ASAP. Same day cancellations and NO SHOWS will be charged 50% of the service or forfeit the original deposit.

If you no show us you will NOT be welcome back in the salon.

We have had many no shows in the past so we now have a zero tolerance policy for no shows.

CONSULTATIONS & DEPOSITS •

ALL New Salon Guests, Custom Colour & Technical guests will need to book a consultation and will require to pay a deposit and all colour guest will need skin patch test at least 24hrs before your appointment. All deposits will be taken off your final bill if you decide to go ahead with the appointment.

And if you don’t and you are within your cancellation policy then we will refund.

LATE ARRIVALS •

Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you are 15 minutes late or more to your appointment we will have to reschedule and cancellation fees may apply.

NEW GUEST ONLINE BOOKINGS •

If you’re a new salon guest to us and you book via our website you will be contacted inviting you to come in for a full consultation, including patch tests and for deposits. Failing to do so result in your said booked appointment removed.

FIXERS •

After your service is completed, if you feel that you need an adjustment or something isn't quite right, please contact us within 7 days of the service.

There will be no refunds for any services rendered.

PRODUCT RETURNS •

No Refunds:

Due to the nature of my small business, we cannot accept returns on retail product items, and all items are FINAL SALE.
